I have reached the cap level 38, why can't I see Dragon Fish & Gulper Eel in Deepsea? furthermore i have all the best equipments (non-cash items).

Not sure, becauseI still can't see 4 or 5 of the fish in the Deep Sea. But I think you have to have a Gold Crown fish in the Deep Sea before it will unlock your next fish.

you need more luck next week or maybe next month fish a fish anounced better equipment that gives more luck so you have to wait and buy that equipmentwhen it came out you just need luck

cause you need to level up more or add your luck by buying items and put it on your equipment
